The BlackBird

The Blackbird is a wood fire grill resto lounge located in a
laid-back town, VIeux- Fort in the island of Saint Lucia.
It is a great place to stop on your way from work for a drink and a
quick bite at the end of a hectic workday, for a romantic date or a
Sunday afternoon chill day with family and friends. It is created to
provide a unique dining and lounging experience.

All dishes are made with seasonal and fresh ingredients, The main
dining area and the bar, have lots of shou-sugi-ban (Japanese
artisanal technique of water-proofing wood) elements all around,
which ties in with ‘Black’ in Blackbird. The bar itself has an angular
design that creates flirtatious sightlines. The restaurant is
accented with lots of green plants and ambient lighting. Blackbird
offers a dining experience with unique energy and aesthetics.
