DTS Sales Lead
REQUIREMENTS
- Execute strategies and plans that foster growth in relation to brand/ category marketing strategies.
- Determine new opportunities that drives growth with new and existing customers.
- Execution and implementation of the Company’s Van Sales and Distribution Plan which focuses on channel growth.
- Monitor and ensure compliance policies are adhered to on the trade and see to it that outlets are serviced as needed to maintain proper stock rotation.
- Ensure company standards are maintained.
- Oversee vehicle dispatch sheet.
- Monitor the completion of periodic stock checks .
- Ensure goods are kept in good condition and properly parked.
- Undertake any other job-related assigned duties that may be necessary to achieve company objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management or any related field with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience leadership capacity.
- Experience in an FMCG industry will be an asset.
- C Class Drivers’ license will be an asset.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
