The property features a magnificent Coore & Crenshaw-designed 18-hole golf course and a stunning collection of residences ranging from hillside townhomes to expansive single-family homes. Cabot Saint Lucia broke ground on phase one of development in the summer of 2019, and the Point Hardy Golf Course opened in 2023.
Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, the mechanic will provide maintenance and repair to all Golf Course and Landscape Maintenance equipment for Cabot Saint Lucia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a preventative maintenance program on all equipment.
- Inspects, adjusts, diagnoses and repairs mechanical defects in many types of equipment.
- Performs mower grinding/sharpening, performs general overhaul of motors, reels, install and adjusts braking systems.
- Performs machining or welding work in making fittings used in repair of maintenance equipment.
- Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of light and heavy construction and maintenance equipment and automotive apparatus.
- Skilled in the use of a wide variety of equipment repair tools and in the making of various types of mechanical repairs.
- Diagnoses mechanical troubles and schedules appropriate preventative maintenance work.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Experience and Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree in Auto Mechanics or suitable experience
- Strong communication skills
