Debuting in 2023, this stunning property in Saint Lucia hosts Cabot’s fifth golf course and third resort in its expanding portfolio of world-class properties. Consistent with the success of the highly decorated Cabot Cape Breton and Cabot Highlands, Cabot Saint Lucia offers spectacular golf, jaw-dropping natural beauty, a residential community located on a 375-acre peninsula, and an incredible member and guest experience.
The property will feature a magnificent Coore & Crenshaw-designed 18-hole golf course and a stunning collection of residences ranging from hillside townhomes to expansive single-family homes. Cabot Saint Lucia broke ground on phase one of development in the summer of 2019, and the Point Hardy Golf Course was opened in 2023.

Cabot Saint Lucia is excited to appoint a Sales Coordinator to its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deals and contacts, conduct Lead Responses and log lead activities through HubSpot (or other CRM)
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for Onsite Sales Representatives
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with Onsite Sales Representatives to meet sales targets.
- Act as main point of contact for prospects prior to, during and post-trip to St. Lucia, including coordinating itineraries, planned site visits, golf, luxury boat excursions, dining and adventure trips.
- Execute sales contracts, and facilitate and track deposits
- Act as assistant to EVP Sales & VP Sales
- Manage Cabot Sales office and all Sales inventory and liase with head office for marketing material.
- Act as host to Prospects and Members where necessary
- Ensure welcome gifts are available and delivered to guests.
- Coordinate with the Onsite Sales representatives to ensure their sales activity is logged and managed in CRM.
- Maintain all sales documents such as sales reports, Master sales and Sales OneDrive
- Create and maintain guest and buyer profiles to include biographies and relevant insights.
- Create and distribute buyer packages to include biographies, resumes and itineraries, and keep team informed on all trip details.
- Manage all logistics relating to various transportation requirements including airport services, helicopter, sea and ground.
- Liase with the Groups Coordinator and Member Services team for sales prospects and groups.
- Manage all sales experiences such as site readiness and lot preparedness for key groups, comfort station presentation, beach experience, boat stock
Experience and Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills (second language desired)
- A high degree of self-motivation
- Positive, confident, and determined approach
- Able to work independently
