Established under the Companies Act of Saint Lucia 1995 and endorsed by the International Air Transport Association; the Hewanorra Air Cargo Services (H.A.C.S) is a subsidiary of Phoenix Services Ltd. As the leading cargo handling and customs brokerage entity, H.A.C.S has shaped its identity through securing a five-year lease to operate the Cargo Terminal at the Hewanorra International Airport (HIA). H.A.C.S, in prioritizing the provision of an unrivaled level of cargo handling to its clientele is the Saint Lucian servicing agent for cargo originating from British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and the United States.

The operations of the Hewanorra Air Cargo Services are coordinated by a team of experts led by a General Manager who in turn is directed by a qualified board of Directors.
