Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Position Summary: The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supportsthe Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across all dining outlets, bars, and catering services. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains high service standards, and drives operational efficiency while fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.

Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain brand standards.

Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget targets.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and presentation.

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

Support scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.

Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotions to boost revenue.

Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

2–4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
