JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Officer plays a key role in driving sales, managing vendor and customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of commercial strategies. This position supports the growth of the company’s portfolio by coordinating sales initiatives, executing promotions, events, trade visits and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers to ensure timely resolution of sales and commercial inquiries and issues.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and trade terms with customers in-keeping with commercial
strategies.
- Recommend product and pricing strategies based on market feedback and data.
- Ensure timely availability and promotion of products.
- Develop comprehensive marketing reports for submission to business stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders through meetings and functions to drive business and organizational growth
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic report preparation.
- Project & Event Management: Knowledgeable in planning, executing, and managing small events and marketing projects.
