Position: Building Maintenance Technician/Courier
Reports To: Site Director
Type: Full-Time – Hourly

BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
Performs minor plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs.
Checking and responding to security and safety issues
Testing and recommending new maintenance products.
Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
Keeping documents of inspections and problems
Keeping an inventory of repair supplies
Mount and dismount office equipment, appliances, and furniture.
Maintain proper storage of spare office furniture and equipment.
Replace broken fixtures and hardware (lights, doors, cubicles, faucets, pipes, toilet seats, etc.)
Assist with painting and hanging drywall as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
Minimum knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform job functions:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
Experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building repairs.
Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in maintenance.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.
Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
CORIER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Picking up packages from the sender
Delivering packages to the recipient
Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
Accepting payments for the items
Provide friendly customer service to every client.
Getting signatures from recipients upon delivery
Collecting payments where required.
Preventing damage or loss of packages during transit.
ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
Minimum knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform job functions:
High school diploma or GED certificate
At least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Safe driving skills and ability to multitask
Strong customer service skills
