CAGE Companies is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Corporate Marketing Manager, according to the following criteria:
Job Summary: The Corporate Marketing Manager will provide high-level administrative support, manage employee-related tasks, and assist with various marketing initiatives across CAGE Companies. This role requires an organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills who can manage multiple priorities, support employee engagement, and facilitate smooth marketing operations across all markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Collaborate on the creation of monthly marketing strategies.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other marketing-related documents.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Create and distribute monthly marketing newsletters.
Contribute to the development of social media strategies.
2. Marketing Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across teams and external vendors.
Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
Monitor marketing project timelines to ensure timely completion.
Track social media platforms and websites for execution and engagement.
Contribute to the growth of registered players and revenue through marketing initiatives.
3. Employee Engagement & Assistance:
Act as a liaison between the CMO and the marketing team to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
Assist in onboarding new marketing team members, participating in training, and preparing materials for a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain and update organizational charts, employee contact lists, and directories for the marketing department.
Support employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities and internal recognition programs.
Address employee inquiries, schedule meetings with the CMO, and assist in resolving issues within the marketing team.
Contribute to creating infield promotional schedules for CAGE venues and markets.
4. Data and Reporting:
Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing data to support decision-making for the CMO.
Prepare reports on campaign performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
Maintain marketing databases to ensure information accuracy and relevance.
Tracking of the revenue from all markets
5. Communication:
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and prioritizing critical matters for the for the department.
Facilitate communication with the Corporate and CAGE Companies’ marketing teams.
6. Project Management:
Help manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Track progress and report on the status of various marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Provide assistance with all graphic design-related projects.
7. Event Coordination:
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, including product launches, training sessions, and interactive promotions.
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities as required.
8. Budget Management:
Help monitor the marketing budget by tracking expenses and processing invoices.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budget forecasting.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative, project management, or marketing support role, preferably in a marketing or HR environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with marketing/HR software/tools.
Experience in Marketing coordination, project management or HR Support.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting.
