Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative 1

JOB SUMMARY

Customer Support & Relations:

To provide support to the Trinidad Office and Sales Agents as required.

To work closely with customers to determine their needs including structural and graphic designs

To handle customer queries.

To develop and cultivate a strong sales relationship with customers.

To ensure customer complaints are processed and resolved according to Winera’s policy.

Order Management & Processing:

To receive, acknowledge, and process customer purchase orders for production.

To submit to customers, order confirmations with the expected delivery dates.

To prepare price estimates and price quotations.

Internal Communication & Coordination:

To liaise with our Production Department on production and delivery of customer orders.

Reporting & Data Management:

To submit weekly and monthly reports on customers and new project initiatives.

To collect data from customers regarding new or prospective specialty cartons for market penetration.

Product & Design Coordination:

To submit carton sample requests to the Design Room and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Sales & Market Development:

To assist with the development of export customer portfolios.

QUALIFICATION

Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree – Business Administration or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service environment or sales environment or similar position

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to multi-task remaining calm and professional even in a pressurised customer service environment.

Excellent phone etiquette

Conflict Resolution – Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent computer skills and Microsoft office proficiency.
