Grow Resources is recruiting a team of excellent Customer Service Specialists!

We are seeking detail-focused, customer-oriented, and professional Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team! The ideal candidates will be required to process work orders, respond to customer queries, and escalate complaints when necessary. To excel in this role, you must have the ability to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and chats in a timely manner.

Follow communication “scripts” when handling customer inquiries.

Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s services.

Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Guide/support customers through troubleshooting and navigating the site and services.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by offering additional support when necessary.

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Communicate and coordinate with your Leads when faced with any system or customer challenges.

Any other assigned duties related to this role.

Requirements:

Associate Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent

Two years’ experience working in a Call Center or as a Customer Service Representative in hospitality is preferred.

Strong active-listening, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.

Detail focused with good problem-solving skills.

Customer focused and adaptable to different personality types.

Proficient multitasker, able to set priorities and manage time effectively.

Ability to work competently within a team and independently.

Strong ability to learn new technology quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

Ability to work split-shifts.
