Director of Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in all-inclusive or resort segments.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and market share goals.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus).
- Advanced handling of the Office suite.
- Teamwork.
