Job Title: Events Sales Associate
Reports To Commercial Director
Position Summary
The Events Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales and revenue through the promotion and booking of our event spaces and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their event needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless booking experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and possesses strong sales and communication skills.
Duties And Responsibilities Include
Research and establish techniques to build clientele to help generate revenue.
Actively upsell services to generate increased revenue.
Forge strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify and understand clients’ needs and expectations.
Liaise with clients via telephone and email to propose customized ideas to improve quality of events.
Supervise event setups to ensure quality assurance.
Negotiate and prepare contractual agreements for clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
Preparation of invoices and conducting follow-ups to ensure payments are received on time and based on terms and conditions of contractual agreement.
Preparation and distribution of BEOs in a timely manner to ensure that all parties involved can execute effectively.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management software (Opera)
Qualifications:
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years proven experience as an events sales associate or similar role.
