Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team in Soufriere! We are an intimate, friendly and hardworking team who have been running this 27-room resort for almost 4 years. The ideal candidate will possess strong and proven plumbing and electrical skills, alongside expertise in room maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs or installations on plumbing systems.

Maintain adequate water levels in all tanks on property and ensure proper functionality of pumps and systems.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues safely and efficiently.

Conduct inspections of arrival/vacant room inspections and ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.

Organize and maintain the maintenance storeroom, ensuring all tools and supplies are in order and readily accessible.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and water management.

Intimate understanding of pumps and water systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
