AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role plays a critical part in driving maintenance excellence by coordinating with operations and maintenance teams to develop and implement effective maintenance plans that align with business goals.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all plant equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
Ensure optimal management of working capital in the spare parts stores by setting up and yearly review in CMMS of MRP
system.
Responsible for 5S state of the Stores in the Brewery.
Coordinates Yearly Stock counts in store.
Ensure timely availability of spare parts in economic quantities and good quality, tools, and resources required for maintenance jobs.
Lead the preparation and analysis of maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and major overhauls to minimize downtime and production impact.
Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all maintenance planning activities.
Adopt TPM methodology in solving problems and be participant in TPM improvement teams.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a planning or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
Proficient in CMMS (e.g., MAXIMO or similar systems).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
