VACANCY – Purchasing Clerk/Driver
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in procurement and delivery? We are seeking a Purchasing Clerk/Driver to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
Manage the full purchasing process, from researching vendors to placing orders and tracking deliveries
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing-related documents, including invoices and payment information
Coordinate with department managers to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and supplies
Operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver items as needed
Issuing of goods from storerooms.
Assist with inventory management tasks such as conducting stock checks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar administrative role
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Proficient in using office software like Excel and databases
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy
