Barbay Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for the pivotal role of Spirits Ambassador.

The role focuses on promoting our brands through events, tastings, and educational initiatives. It requires in-depth knowledge of products and exceptional communication skills. Building strong relationships with

consumers, trade partners, and influencers is essential. The position is ideal for someone passionate about

spirits and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary representative of Barbay Limited at events, trade shows, and promotional

activities, embodying the brands’ values and identities.

Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s spirits portfolio, including production

methods, classifications, flavor profiles, and industry trends.

Engage with consumers, trade partners, and industry influencers to educate them about our products,

answer queries, and create memorable experiences.

Plan and execute tastings, seminars, and other promotional events. Coordinate with event organizers

to ensure brand visibility and effective representation.

Conduct training sessions for staff, distributors, and trade partners to enhance their product and

industry knowledge, and promote effective sales strategies.

Gather and analyze feedback from Sales, events, and interactions to provide insights into market

trends, consumer preferences, and potential areas for improvement.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bar owners, restaurant

managers, and industry professionals.

Assist in creating marketing materials, social media content, and other promotional assets to support

brand initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements:

At least an Associate Degree in Marketing.

Previous experience in a brand ambassador, sales, or marketing role, preferably within the spirits

industry.

Strong understanding of spirits, including various types, production methods, and industry trends.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with, engage and persuade diverse audiences.

Confident and professional demeanor with strong public speaking skills and the ability to represent

brands effectively.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, consumers, and partners.

Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends, as required by events and promotional activities.

Must have a motor vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
